TBH I doubt any of those non-voters would vote anyway or ever really have. Republicans never turn out for elections. They just sit around and think up excuses ahead of time for why they didn't vote, and then just whine for four years.

Scroll to the bottom first. In the first wave of the primary, 57,630 votes, 14,201 for Herrera.
In the runoff, 29,692 votes. But Herrera still got 14,669 votes, while the guy he was up against *dropped* 10k votes.
In other words, Herrera would've won if people had actually bothered to show up. But literally half the original voters didn't even show up. And also, this is in a district with a population of 400k.
The primary reason Republicans have such a hard time is because they basically turn up to elections exactly only once every four years. They literally cannot be bothered to put down their Whataburger otherwise.
Democrats, meanwhile, vote like it's a religious experience.
The country would be far more conservative, but slovenly obese rednecks would rather bitch about 'muh job' and do nothing.

Largely due in part to the *massive* amount of "get out the vote" and similarly styled propaganda you find in the liberal media. When have you ever seen "conservative" media doing the same?
Ultimately it's a moot point though. Even if you can get an *actual* outsiders in there, the best you could hope for was local positions and *maybe* state positions. Nobody gets to the federal level without being approved by the jew. And the federal elections are fixed anyway, with the state elections not far behind them.
