No amount of cloud seeding could produce and then allow them to control a hurricane. The only way they are artificially creating and controlling a hurricane is via the devils they worship, because I dont think Man will have the technology to actually control or even create something of the magnitude of a hurricane for the next millenia.
Though I doubt the hurricanse are artificial to begin with, I think (((they))) just no longer are even pretending to care about american citizens and are botching the hurricane response because laundering the money through ukraine and the middle east is more profitable.

I'm pretty sure they're just regular hurricanes. Every year there's one or two bad hurricanes, and every year some community gets devastated because they weren't prepared, or they built in an area that gets wrecked by hurricanes frequently, or they got very unlucky and the government didn't provide adequate help. We're right at the time of year when bad hurricanes tend to hit, and the news loves to scaremonger over them, so naturally this is when leftists are screaming climate change while schizos around here are screaming weather control. It's a bunch of bullshit. It's just the weather.
