She’s crazy when she says earthquakes in Turkey were man made, but then for years liberals, professors, government officials told me O&G fracking caused earthquakes so it must be banned.

She is not entirely wrong. They can detect and predict earthquakes to some extent. They build power stations along these fault line/techtonic plates. When they sense these seismic shift getting strong they can apply electricity to amplify them to a much greater magnitude.
