The disparate impact laws are such bullshit. They are essentially anti white anti intelligence and they codify the wrong headed idea that the only reason people are unequal is due to conscious and unconscious discrimination. Even the left has moved on from this blank slate bullshit but the law is still the law and jew lawyers will continue to milk the law until we remove it.
