France was arming Israel before the USA was. in 1969 Kissinger said to Nixon "Oy vey look at how much money the French are making selling weapons to Israel, we should do that too" and Nixon took the bait and started giving weapons to the jews.

And wasn't France the Rothschild stronghold before England became their base of operations?
