This is a classic (((subversion tactic))) while everyone is busy arguing over 6 or 7 heart transplants, which frankly doesn't matter. Nobody is noticing this kike hoard up all the gold.
You're right, hearts must cost (((them))) a lot of shekels. Here it's also rare to find a donor close to the patient in need so in most cases the organ r the patient needs to fly long distance in an ambulance helicopter which of course cost a lot of money even in a publicly funded healthcare system were prices are already brought down as low as they can be.
