The Catholic Church is not ambiguous that Jesus is "going to come down from the sky", because His return will not be like His first appearance. The hope of His return and the final destruction of all evil is, for me, a major "selling point" of the religion.

Some dude? No, it will be Jesus Christ. The God who created all of reality, walked among us, died for our sins, resurrected Himself, and ascended to heaven, will also return for a final judgement (Apocalypse 1:7).

Yes. I think my previous posts made this clear.

I don't know what a "swimming pool Christian" is. My family is Christian but we never had a swimming pool. Are you talking about the baptismal technique of immersion? Since you think Jesus is a liar, why do you care about how people carry out a Christian religious rite? It has nothing to do with you.

And no, Jesus is not coming down like Superman. This is the real world, not the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
