It's really not all that complicated. Mix some fertilizer and sugar in a tube with some ball bearings and point in the general direction of tel aviv.

Looks like they used a bunch of different missiles, including their Fattah 2 (MACH 5 speed during its last stage), which they label as "hypersonic glide vehicle".
