Yeah. It's in India where they have the rape culture. Saying that rape doesn't exist.
One old man was asked by a reporter and said that it takes 2 hands to make a clap, as a justification. No Idea how India because such a shit hole when they have so many saints, masters and Gods that all teach them the opposite of the animalistic life.
And these saints like Swami Vivekananda/Swami Sivananda / Yogananda etc are real saints who served God.. what they taught is alike to Jesus' teachings.

This is exactly why this comparison using locally provided data is useless, each country has it's own definition of rape. Sexual harassment is often incorrectly translated into rape. They even compare reports to actual convictions, a single case can have multiple reports.
And most rapes in these countries, especially in the islamic ones, can't even be reported. Women are cattle. Their husband can beat the fuck out of them, walk over them, throw acid on their face, people hardly care.
Then these women come in the western world and say that Islam actually respects women and people should convert.
It's not percentage, it's number of cases, per 100k. Although each country count differently so the whole thing is useless. Some count convictions, other count police reports of rape, some count police reports of sexual harassment and some doesn't even consider rape a crime.
