He's being critical, near the end he basically admits that the war is due to jew's excessive supremacy complex over people who are literally related to them is the main cause of it (and every single issue caused by the jews around the planet).
(((they))) will probably arrange for this poor fellow to meet a "Palestinian" missile strike for the crime of self-awareness.
But his reasoning only leads to it is bad because it isn't getting them what they want. He is just promoting a change in tactics, not repenting of being murderous psychopaths.
