I wonder if there was a civilized black race that either got infected by jewish poison or overrun by nogs and collapsed, blacks being completely uncivilized for their entire existence doesnt make much sense, especially if you proscribe to the biblical view of race, where blacks are the descendants of Ham (it was believed dark skin was the curse noah placed on Ham and Canaan, with the skin darkening as their wickedness increased). Its possible they were civilized at one point, but collapsed into utter savagery and never recovered.
