Their own people are barely a resource to them. If they were, they would be militantly against abortion, drugs, obesity, suicide, every form of child free and homosexual behavior and many more. But they don't, because one citizen producing nothing is worth just as much to the borrowing apuratus as one that does pay taxes. Each life can be borrowed against to the tune of 7 million.
