I saw a 5lb bag of white potatoes yesterday for $4. That would last you 2 weeks if making your own potato fries.

If you purchase fries somewhere it will cost $3+ for just one serving and will be poorly and unhealthily prepared and contain poisonous ingredients.

Growing potatoes is recommended. Growing them is actually easy. Keeping the rodents/predators away and from digging up and eating your potatoes before you do is the hardest part. I suggest you learn how to do it because potatoes kept White people alive through some hard times.

Now what I do is fry my own potatoes off my own farm in bacon grease or whatever meat grease you collect in a pan. I keep jars of grease from any meat i cook. Remember George Foreman grills drained all the grease out and you were brainwashed by jews to throw it out? Don't do that.

Cut up the potatoes however you want. Like thin chips or shoestrings. bring grease in pan to a sizzle. Do not drown the potatoes in grease. Just a thin layer of grease/fat and a thin layer of potatoes. The more you flip the potatoes the less grease/fat you may need. And salt or season of your choice.

I do not know for sure if Dimethylpolysiloxane is actually silicone but its said to be an ingredient in silly putty.

Also you might be getting lots of soy bean oil in you if you eat those fast food fries drowned in soy oil. You don't want manboobs do you? Also look out for hops beers. Said to give you manboobs. LOL

Food coloring is almost always a pointless added ingredient that adds no nutritional value and is something you are consuming just so that the food looked more colorful in a commercial or on the shelf in some sort of psychological marketing kind of way. Definitely avoid artificial food coloring when possible. And artificial flavors which, again, add no nutritional value, meant to fool your taste buds, not good.

Potatoes are arguably the best singular food item. I love and eat all types of taters.

It's so cheap and easy to make delicious thanksgiving mashed potatoes once a week with a meat of choice. I prefer smoked Polska kielbasa with a side of corn and green beans.

I always preferred the way 5 Guys handled their fries and ingredients. Peanut oil for frying, which isn't the best, but the potatoes were all on site in bags, ready to be sliced and fried.
