Okay, I'll raise you Cambodia being bombed so horrifically and inhumanely that they had absolutely no food left and their life expectancy was cut to 17 years old, and over 1/3 of their population starving to death. Not even a combatant country in the Vietnam War. At all. They didn't support anyone. Oh, I'll raise you even further, I'll also throw in america supporting the khmer Rouge (so bad that even the USSR thought they were completely fucking insane), and the fact that the entire countryside of southeast Asia is still a minefield.
