Even the vaccines that actually do something useful have the possibility of drastic side effects, including brain damage, aka autism and retardation. So let's say you have 99 regular cows and 1 prize cow. You don't want to risk the prize cow having a vaccine injury, so to protect it from vaccine injury and disease, you vaccinate the 99. Since the herd is immune, the chances of your prize cow catching the disease is greatly reduced without any additional risk.
Jews are 2-4% of the population, the vaccinated goyim cattle are the rest.
