Ehm, niggers have a very low IQ genetically. Fluoride may have detrimental effects, but nothing is as detrimental to intelligence than being a nigger.
Remember D&D attribute distributions? While average base values are 8/8/8/8/8/8 (strength, dexterity, constitution, intelligence, wisdom, charisma), for niggers it's 8/4/8/2/2/4. It's basically hardmode.
When a nigger puts +6 into intelligence, he has 8. Which is I think the minimum needed to not have "dumb dialogues" with NPCs. Do that with 8 as minimum and you have 14, a feasible wizard with enough points left over to spend into melee capabilities to become something like a battlemage.
Lesson: Don't be a nigger.
