I think that this is how cemetery works buddy. These who dig the hole will usually find at least pieces. If it's always been a cemetery there, for 500+ years let's say, it makes sense.
These who died recently will have a cross above, So you know not to dig there.

But there are many remains of skeletons from wars also, probably it's a mass grave for them, afaik at our cemetery it's the north side for them.

Probably if you find remains of skeletons you bury them somebody else..
People also hire these who are poorer in the town to dig dig the whole, that's what we did.
But I'm just saying that it's not a rip. All these things were affordable to everybody before the great jewish takeover.

Jewish run cemeteries do this. Nowadays they make you buy a concrete casket so the coffin doesn't poison the soil. Makes it easier to dig up.

Cemeteries fill up.

The Paris Catacombs are what happens when cemeteries get full. They were burying people on top of people on top of people, rains would cause corpses and skeletons to float and pop out of the soil, in order to make more space they dumped more dirt on top, it ended up being a giant landfill of bodies.
