lol St. Louis is like a reverse Attack on Titan.

We have them all corralled in the city, surrounded by 100+ independent municipalities, each with their own police force and court systems.

I remember reading about this one nigger they shuttled around from one municipality to another because she had 10+ charges and warrants, all from different municipalities.

The city of St. Louis/county and it's realestate racism is a really interesting hole to go down.

It's interesting how St. Louis works. I've been there but because my friends in St. Louis are rich white people, all I saw were rich white people in rich white people neighbourhoods, which are dotted in suburbs surrounding the city. Literally didn't see one nigger. I was told the niggers are all in the city.
