Ashkenazim are neither predominantly Slavic nor German, except where there has been breeding with outsiders. The Ashkenazim are descendants of the Khazars, who were Turkic.

They probably have a bit of both in them now, I knew blonde haired and blue eyed ashkenazi kid in school. Unless Turkic races can have those features.

jews like that are still considered jews by other jews because they serve a valuable function to them of being much more attractive than traditional jews, having superior European genes to pass on to jewish children, and giving future generations better ability to shape shift.
