"Rest of Asian" includes a lot of people. Mongols, Tajiks, they have serious problems, but they're insulated and culturally sound, fairly clean, and polite. Mongolia has the most problems because Communism fucked them up bad but they're on the mend.
Mongols/Tajiks/Kazakhs aren't even remotely as bad as the disgusting Island Mexicans in Malaysia and the Philippines.
