If I were a Zogtrooper, there are some things I would refuse to do, my job be damned.
One of those is serving an eviction notice, because Not only Is it evil to evict someone, it is also dangerous because you are basically taking everything from them, and a man with nothing left to loose is very dangerous.
The other thing I would refuse to do is show up to a domestic disturbance call.

If you were concerned with the evil, you'd never have become a Zogtrooper in the first place.. True?
There is no way of an ethical/moral person serving the system anymore. Merely being employed by the state, makes you a willing accomplice of the crimes of the state. Of which, I am sure we'd all agree, are far too numerous to list.

My comment was hypothetical, as in, IF I was a zogtrooper.
You can not be a good person and serve ZOG, any good person who serves ZOG would be fired for not being evil anyway.
