Most relationships starting through a heroic action also usually doesn't last long because the only thing you got in common is a bad incident which you both want to forget and move on from. Unless you have anything else in common it's just a dead end.

I mean that's how you meet people sometimes, randomly. You talk a bit and maybe hit it off. The difference is a woman in that situation is a red flag, she probably made bad decisions to get to that point.
