No way he wins. 4 years ago the powers that be somehow convinced the majority that he lost leads in multiple key battleground states, overnight, after counting was halted and then restarted when nobody was around to observe the cheating.
The ones who didn't buy it weren't a big enough group to start a revolution.
We'll see what happens this time, but imo there's still way too many people with too much to lose to take any meaningful action.
