It’s a newspaper clipping. That the CIA collected it doesn’t mean it’s real. The name of the rabbi has never been matched to any records, even. The building where the speech took place; what are their records for renting it out? Who obtained a copy of the script? Was it in Hebrew or Romanian? Who translated it? How was it passed to the West *three weeks after it was supposedly given* during the height of the Cold War?

No one ever cares because their emotions make them believe it’s true simply because it “feels good.”
