I have a similar situation with a friend. So sad.
It takes a village to raise a child who shouldn't be with their guardians.
The government is never the answer for family matters. We just suck as a village so bad that the government seems like the only answer. But they're abusive too just in different ways.
Let us pray to our Guide, Creator, and Savior, the Christ Yashusa, the being who entered, at the turning point of time, earthly evolution, at the river Jordan, and who then died for the weight of our Sins and was raised by the Father not just raised like a zombie, but raised in the most perfected body, only possible at the end of our evolution, that He will help this situation of which you speak. Let 2 or 3 or more be gathered with the same thought and the same distress to help this child in the correct way according to His and the child's plan.
