Then why claim Communists coming down on gays is CIA propaganda, when the whole world was doing very similar things? When there is, I'm sure, an abundance of evidence for this and when nobody in Russia or the rest of the world denies this?

Nah, it's normal for them to crack down on uncloseted faggots after securing their power over a state. They only push that stuff *before* firmly securing power over a state, because they know it's a destabilizing influence that will make it easier to seize power.
