Ossan (おっさん), means middle-aged man or people who act/look like one, **not an old man** (the word for old man, is Jiisan / 爺さん).

Ossan rental is basically a meme/joke job, don't take everything on social media seriously, really.

58 is middle age? middle age is like 40-55

once you're past 55 you're an old dude, but to the jap's defense he really didn't look 58, more like 40 (a clear combination of no goyslop diet and active lifestyle)

I think average male life expectancy in Japan is like 91. So 58 would be late-middle, but still middle, really.
