The church was always a woman in the bible and is the bride of Christ. The whore of Babylon is the corrupted church, the city on 7 hills Rome that is killed by the beast (upcoming jewish king turns on him) and THEN the beast is thrown into the lake of fire. Catholicism is going to be completely wiped out after it gets people to worship the beast.
You put men between you and Jesus when the entire reason Jesus came was to replace the flawed Jewish religion that would always fail due to men who would act selfishly and in their own interest. Jesus told you to call no man father, rabbi or teacher and you do.
Jesus is king and high priest because that is the only way to get a true religion. No, you just interpret Scripture from a Modernist lens. You evidently are ignorant of Church history and the writing of the Early Christians. If you actually researched any of that stuff, then you would convert, like I did, into Catholicism. Knowing the history of Christianity makes one Catholic lol.
