Poorly maintained power lines blew down in a windstorm and since California is a shitshow the forests were full of dead timber owing to poor fire management). The windstorm was blowing 50 mph winds and within two hours the fire blew through two towns. It moved so fast that evacuation orders could barely even get out since nobody could really track where the fire was going.

So as a result low-IQ manual laborers invent gay stories that a fifty billion dollar secret weapon program that has never worked was used to set a rural hick town of zero consequence on fire for no reason.

Directed energy weapons, probably microwave-based, were used to try to get residents to leave the path of a proposed NWO rail line. Everything touching metal caught on fire. Things that were separate did not catch on fire.
