The photo is likely very real, a mulatto of some kind holding a chicken, weirder photos exist, just check the stock random photos that exist. Only thing that may be fake would be the text, as a perfect joke showing the (((corporate dystopian nightmare))) we're living in.

Give it 5 or 10 years and this will be reality, heck maybe even common. Don't ask question,s just consoom product and then get excited for the next product.
