The blast of each nuke would likely only kill a few tens of thousands. However, the nukes would certainly cause complete economic and social breakdown. All the complicated logistical networks would evaporate like a spider web in a fire. Even rural communities would go hungry because so much farmland is managed with industrial agriculture which is just as reliant on energy, chemistry, seed, and information as a factory. It would take several years to convert to old-fashioned agriculture.
  
Millions will die each week from when the bombs drop. First, those in the blast, then those injured, then those irradiated, by then the rioting would start causing deaths, then those who rely on pharmaceuticals would start dying, about the time they are all dead people would start dying of normal sicknesses, infections, and drinking bad water. It would take about 6 months for the starvation to start taking lives. After about a year things will calm down as those who seek food by violence would have all been killed.
  
I shopped at Walmart this evening. It reminded me how badly we need to raise the bar of survival and most of the Walmart denizens wouldn't survive. So many disgusting, obese, sickly mutants walking/scooting around. Niggers or not. This society needs cleansing. Some decent folk will fall to the violence, but the scum would be completely removed. We could go from decaying, dysgenic, decadent empire to a recovering nation within five years. And in a couple generations we would be a homogenous white nation again.
