Excessive speed most definitely causes crashes, and he was doing it in an active construction zone where workers were walking around.
would i care if some nigger ran over some spics? probably not.
granted... most crashes are caused majorly by niggers, spics and women so the only validity about "speeding kills" comes from diversity drivers.
