I’ve only been to the capital Tbilisi, but the best restaurant there was “salobie bia” by far. The ingredients they use are 100% fresh and organic. The most basic looking food but extremely delicious.

There’s also some church in the middle of the mountains which is pretty famous, but you need a car to get there. “Gergeti Trinity Church”
