The shroud is the most significant artifact by miles. It blows everything else absolutely out of the water. It is not a forgery. Don't go around saying that it's all nonsense.
It's the cloth that Christ was wrapped in when he was pulled down from the cross at Calvary and taken to the Garden Tomb for burial. There's now a church around the site called the Holy Sepulchre. Supposedly the cloth was superimposed with an imprint of Jesus as he left the superficial world for the spiritual world.
Here's a recent youtube podcast about the shroud which seems like it would be an obviously fake relic but there's tons of hard and circumstantial evidence that it is not fake.
