Allergic woman was killed in Disney's restaurant, because the staff gave her the food she said was allergic to. Now Disney is claiming that her husband can't sue them because he signed an agreement to their streaming service. This precedent will allow corporations to legally murder people who signed the agreement for fucking streaming services.

Sure, but the American court system is based on precedence alot . I doubt the courts would have accepted Disney's argument. They just didn't want to pursue fighting it, and OPs information is out of date.
