Not really. I've been to a mental hospital. It's full of pajeet doctors and bleeding heart women nurses and CNAs who don't care.

You can get away with more shit in there than in jail. Some girl (in mental hospitals men and women are together) had her boyfriend smuggle in some candy and gave it to us. Another girl ratted her out. I made an off-handed comment about shanking her for being a snitch and she immediately ratted me out in earshot of me to a nigger nurse. The nigger nurse just laughed it off.

Depends on country, actual torture is not uncommon in certain regions. But in the end the goal is rehabilitation, and you can't rehabilitate a nigger. So it's just a waste of money.
