What are the badges? Is he high rank? Too bad that'll shit can him if he's doxed. There's some rule on talking politics while in uniform and he's going full redpill.

I have all of those except for the purple heart. Purple heart means he got hurt due to direct enemy action. So he was shot, or got hurt from a bomb. And it was in Iraq. That unit never went to Afghanistan. The man is enlisted as his rank is not on his shoulders. I do not believe this picture is new.
