According to rules, both a and an are correct to Ukrainian. It's not the same as unit. If you are following instincts, you will say an Ukrainian ad, because it's followed by ad.

I'm from EU. Anyway, bot are correct, like tomato and tomatoe.

Tomato or tomatoe, both are correct. The spelling variant "tomatoe" is a common misspelling, but it's technically incorrect. The correct spelling is "tomato." The "o" in "tomato" is long, which is why some may mistakenly add an extra "e" at the end.
