21 years or so is how long civilization in Europe and America have before all pretense of function is gone.

When that happens, barbarism and savagery will reign supreme.

Ironically enough, The cities will be the first to fall, but then the chaos will spread to all lands adjacent to the cities, and then all the lands adjacent to those lands.

When all hell breaks loose, those who live outside of the cities better be ready, ready for the immense shockwaves.

Either that, or, instead of the chaos I just mentioned happening, we will instead perish from boredom, seeing as how the bankers probably will not allow civilization to fall, because nothing ever happens in this life.
