Apparently she has no understanding of Haitian history, where every White person was slaughtered during the 1791 slave revolt, resulting in their independence in 1804. The succeeding decades were marked by brutality and gross mismanagement. The state of affairs was documented in the book "Where Black Rules White: A Journey Through and About Hayti" by Hesketh Prichard.
