And on the other end of the spectrum, wiki says there's no proven benefit. But before that result, several medical and government websites were telling me that it's shit and will kill you.

I used to be skeptical of these things, I still am…. But I remind myself that pharma and the govt told me “natural immunity doesn’t work against covid, take the jab” and I instantly get a reality check as to who we’re dealing with.
