I just watched that video, and they absolutely do not help keep order in Japan. Most of them are thugs and predators. Any organization that profits from blackmail, extortion, and protection is evil.

Idk but we need outlaw enforcers in America. I wish the right had serious people with money but we don’t or we wouldn’t be here
