all gatorade is just electrolyte mixture with flavoring to make it taste less mineral-y.

With the horse electrolytes you could just add lemon juice and sugar or stevia.

Make sure to moderate this though, 1 glass of the concoction with maybe 4-5 glasses of water

Id stay away from stevia or fake sugars.

I usually just bring canteen water with shot of salt and shot of 100% lemon juice and that keeps me hydrated. Bananas for potassium and magnesium.

Some trail mix with almonds and cashews and flax seeds gives you salt, magnesium and potassium.

I never buy lunch. Water , bananas peanut butter and trail mix gets me thru til dinner. Mixed with occasional fresh fruits .

Bacon and eggs for breakfast every morning sourced from my own farm.

Stevia really isn't a "fake sugar", you can even buy stevia plants at Lowe's/HD/ACE, etc.

Stevia is a far better way of weaning off of sugar, another one being agave syrup, not nearly as high in calories.

Might I ask, what do you grow on your farm, apples, corn, etc.?

Interesting, I got it confused with the artificial sugars.

Yes I have nothing exotic on the farm. Just typical crops and whatever local seeds I can source and sow

So what crops in particular? do you have a list of what you are growing right now?

Also do you have a northern or southern farm?

Yes I keep a permaculture spreadsheet file with all my crops, livestock, supplies, etc.

An inventory and accounting of everything.

I just fed the farm animals this morning.

Children have pets. Grown men have livestock and gardens.

You'd be surprised how many times i just dig up wild plants in the forest and put them in a pot and sell them to landscapers and the sort.

Right now at the end of the growing season is a good time to get seeds and supplies on sale.

I mix in livestock manure with dirt and leaves and dead grass and stir it all up in a few different piles with pitchforks.

Sometimes people actually PAY ME to haul away rich fertile soil. Soil in a ditch or they ask me to dig up the very fertile soil in their own yards and pour in the inferior overpriced dried out dead soil they bought in bags from big box stores. People are fucking stupid, LOL. I get rich dark chocolate soil with worms crawling through it loving it. They have me haul that away and pour microwaved dead dust into the hole in its place.

I have been designing my property for a while. Many rows of shrubs and trees I have planted myself. Formed a solid perimeter. Sources shrubs and trees with the largest thorns that it is like 10 barb wire fences cascaded around my perimeter. It is difficult for any human or animal to get through. Lots of pyracantha.

Yeah I chuckled at "half a horse dose" in the OP.
