It loads normally for me on nitter.
Seems like the account "AntiJudens" ( u/#smugler ) doesn't exist anymore though. Not sure how the tweet and video are still showing there when the account is gone. Does nitter have an archiving or caching function? Could also be twitter not deleting things properly for some reason.

That account and tweet load fine for me when signed into a Twitter account, but not when signed out - so it looks like he isn't actually banned (just shadowbanned, visibility restricted, or whatever they call that there).
