Ay Tone! How could such mulatto breed exist in the first place, when wizards gets punished for exposing the magic world to mugglers. How could a wizard form a relationship with a muggler and then have a kid together who also becomes a wizard, and does magic stuff uncontrollably, without exposing the magic world? It makes no sense Tone.
