The juice itself from any fruit is bad for your health. Like eating 50 oranges instead of one, but skipping all the important nutrients and only consooming the sweet fruit juice.
(((They))) somehow managed to make it even more unhealthy, why am I not surprised.

Or the puree, with the pulp.
You mix many fruits together, add some raw chocolate , honey and maybe cream cheese and some nuts, and it's the perfect dessert.
Since people throw so much away- fun fact: the seeds of melon have sooo much zinc, nobody should throw them away. They're supplements of zinc like pills, from nature herself.
Yea, home made should be fine. Throw the whole thing in the blender and shred it to a drink. If you don't intend to chew each bite 50 times while eating the fruit, this could also help your body consoom more nutrients.

This has been known for at least a decade, if not more.
They freeze/store oranges in huge underground vats for years on end. The flavoring packets are made mostly out of the peel and some other obnoxious jew shite.
When *"Simply Orange"* hit the shelves back in 2000 or so is when I read the article about orange storage and flavoring packets.

Just eat the fruit, as is. Like God intended.

Even modern apples and oranges are more like candy than we realize.
