I've been told it's like going in a time machine back 20 years. There are some rough characters and I know for a fact some trailers out there don't even have running water, because as the meme suggests, it's not "fashionable" to help poor White people. And even in the roughest of areas here, it's still safer than any suburban black neighborhood.
