California started this in the 70's because the niggers were testing as retarded compared to their white counterparts, so they had to dumb down the tests to fit the niglets peabrains. Im surprised it took them 50 years to finally stop testing them entirely. From what I heard from a family member who taught in LA, he could barely get his majority nigger students to focus on anything, and the most preductive thing he could do was let them watch pixar movies and write reports on them. They were 8th Graders.
SAT/ACT is correlated at 0.8 with IQ. Virtually any comprehensive testing is highly correlated with IQ.
