Knowing a lot of people at those companies, I can confirm. In general, if someone Indian gets hired in any kind of management position, they will often systematically try to shuffle and get rid of all non-Indians and start exclusively trying to hire more Indians. If you stand in their way, they make shit up about you and try to get you fired. Happened to an ex of mine. And I know many more. If you complain to HR, they’re usually DEI hires, like one dumb ass black chick an ex of mine had to deal with at one of those companies. They have no idea what they’re doing and just kind of follow along. Then they too get replaced.

I do know some really smart and amazing Indians. They say the same thing about Indians working at the tech companies. It’s Indians going to war with Asians at this point.

On one project, an ex of mine got done something in a week they’d been working on with no progress for a year or two. Indian team aside from here. They then stopped her when submitting things and said they needed to pad this out so they can still coast and pretend they’re still working on it. Ex was pissed. Then after that they tried firing her. Turned into a big lawsuit.
