By definition, no. One cannot be furry and based. That is an impossibility. Perhaps it's more a case of "a broken clock is right twice a day."

Furries are extremely boring individuals, and they try to compensate by being "out there". There's no centrist furries; they live at the four corners of the political grid.

Basically they think "shock value" = "interesting person". So some of them embrace NatSoc for the shock value.
